Lunch time( Daal chanwal) Posting a picture as it motivates me ,inspire others and I am getting lots of good suggestions 🙂💕 1 portion of carbs (12 Tbsp of boiled rice),1 portion of protein(black lentil),vitamins (half plate mix veggies including avocado,cucumber, lettuce, salad leaves,carrots) along with tamarind chutney and tomato n onion cooked chutney)
