Healing takes time not only for the patient but for the family as well. It's surely not easy to co-op with everything happening around. Beside physical illness, Sadness, depression, and loneliness are also a vital part of the journey.

People are always worried and asking about the patient but there are very few who think about the caretaker ( even sometimes when unfortunately there are some toxic people around, They start pointing fingers at the nearest one like he/she is responsible for the situation or sickness, which is terrible!)

There are so many emotions when something bad is happen, There is panicking, Tears, lots of messages, calls, advice & suggestions but the reality is that only the immediate family is the one who gets affected and takes responsibility. Even sometimes those who cry like crazy are not available when you need them.

This emotional roller coaster is a part of a healing journey and whether you want it or not you have to deal with it.

So dear all the families who are going through a healing process or any similar situation, whether it's long term or short term. Hang in there, Take a deep breath, Give yourself a big hug, Take help & go out for some time, Ignore the toxicity, Eat, Pray and keep your spirits high.

This shall too pass! Love and duas
