Cookie Monster

Have you ever made the cookies with Cookie Monsters recipe? This little munchkin made me do that. He was super excited and continuously pushing me to make chocolate chip cookies with him so I decided to do it. I baked cookies once long ago so I was a little confused. I opened YouTube to search for recipes but He wasn't happy. Butter 1/2 cup White Sugar 1/2 cup Brown sugar 1/2 cup Mix them together with spatula or wooden spoon (this process is called creaming) Now add 1 Egg and few drops of Vanilla essence(i didn't have it so didn't add it) Now for dry ingredients All purpose flour 1 cup & quarter Corn starch 1 TbSp Baking Soda 1/2 TeSp Salt 1/2 TeSp Combine all and mix in the dough Now add 11/2 cup chocolate chips and mix Take 2 Tbsp of dough roll with hands and set in a try.Leave them for an hour in fridge it will help them bake evenly. Now bake for 15 to 18 minutes .Yummiest chocolate chip cookies are ready
